The walnut tree orchard covers a surface of 31 hectares and is an ecologically grown. We have two varieties of walnut trees, Lara and Fernor with great results – lateral fructification. The fertilization of this orchard is made with complex and complete organic fertilizer under the direct specialist guidance. The walnuts are of outstanding quality, with light color kernel, easy to extract and preserve very well over time.
